Required capability: payments

Returns the physical card terminals paired to the account. Accounts taking payments online only have no terminals, and get an empty list.

The size of the response. Left unset it returns every matching device, which is what
clients predating pagination expect; see SYN-541 for tightening the default.

If passed, returns the next page of results for the previous request.
