Requires ADMIN role.

Updates a small set of fields on an account. Fields that are populated in the request are updated; everything else is left unchanged. Today the supported fields are:

• display_name
• contact_email
• metadata
• capabilities.billing.invoice.servicing_accounts — in-tree accounts allowed to invoice this account's customers (the grant is made by the serviced account).

Any other fields on account are ignored. The surface will expand over time.
