Attach the Bacs DD mandates backing the returned payment methods. Each mandate carries
the live lifecycle status and mandate-of-record fields the thin PaymentMethod stub
does not.

The size of the response. Defaults to 25.

If passed, filter is ignored, and the filter of the previous page of results is returned.
