The size of the response. Unset or non-positive defaults to 10,000, and larger values are
clamped to 10,000 — an account can hold more intents than that, so loop next_page_token
rather than assuming one call returns everything.

If passed, returns the next page of results for the previous request. The filter and the
ordering are carried inside the token, so filter and order_by on this request are ignored
and the originals still apply — paging can't silently change the result set out from under
the cursor.
