Required capability: onboard_accounts

Creates a boarding session for a child account. Set parent to the child account name and provide account_session with type set to BOARDING and boarding_details containing return_url (where to redirect after completion) and refresh_url (where to redirect if the session expires).

Returns an AccountSession with a url to redirect the account holder to. Sessions expire after one hour. Not supported for top-level platform accounts.
