parent is the operating account. Returns its own customers plus INTERNAL customers explicitly granted through servicing_accounts and EXTERNAL customers granted by wildcard-enabled ancestors.

The size of the response. Left unset it returns every matching customer, which is what
clients predating pagination expect; see SYN-541 for tightening the default.

If passed, returns the next page of results for the previous request. The filter is carried
inside the token, so filter on this request is ignored and the original one still applies —
paging can't silently change the result set out from under the cursor.
