Sent after a SETUP-mode checkout session is completed and its setup intent reached SUCCEEDED
(card) or PROCESSING (Bacs Direct Debit). Nothing was charged, so paid stays false.
Reconcile against this rather than setup_intent.succeeded: the body carries the session, so
the metadata you passed at create time arrives alongside the setup_intent to charge later.
The response contains a sample webhook body, as sent to endpoints.
